Communication
While we can take the day to day management of your property out of your hands, by no means will we limit your involvement in the management process.

We understand that effective and regular communication with our clients is imperative to maintaining the profitability of their investment properties. Upon commencement of our service, your individual needs will be assessed so that you can have as much or as little involvement as you wish. Your property will be assigned to a specific Property Manager, who will be responsible for keeping you informed of all matters pertaining to your property and act as liaison between you and your tenants.

Our Property Managers are extremely accessible with direct business numbers & personal e-mail addresses. Regular information will also be forwarded with your monthly rental statements, routine inspection reports and legislation updates.

Landlord Services
We provide a complete management service beginning with thorough tenant selection through to accurate financial reporting. Our client services include:

Property Management
Your Property Manager will oversee;

Upon commencement of service and during any stage where your property becomes vacant, PRDnationwide will undertake to:

  •  Effectively market your property
  • Conduct ‘open for inspections and private appointments
  • Provide thorough tenant selection with your input
  •  Maintain a database of prospective tenants
  •  Prepare all tenancy documentation and collect bond monies
  •  Ensure tenant’s needs are met on commencement of lease
  • Perform a pre-tenancy inspection and complete a detailed condition report together with photographs
  • Maintain an accurate rental listing which is forwarded to re-location companies and prospective tenants
  • Regular and consistent communication with the client to ensure you are kept informed of the leasing process at all times
  • Provide an effective link between you and your tenant/s
  • Timely reporting of maintenance issues
  • Arrangement and supervision of repairs
  • Close monitoring of arrears
  • Conduct property inspections and provide a report to the client when required

In addition, our accounting staff will ensure swift distribution of rental monies and will forward a detailed financial statement to you each month.
Your rental monies will be electronically deposited into a nominated bank account or a cheque can be attached to your statement.

Legislation
Managing residential property requires expert knowledge of all relevant legislation. Our property management team is equipped to handle any legal issues involved with the day to day management.

Email & Office Voice Mail
All our property management staff have individual e-mail to ensure maximum accessibility. Property Management staff are often required to be out of the office, so these systems have been implemented to ensure that your manager receives your messages and queries quickly and responds promptly.

B-Pay/Direct Debit/EFT
Our system provides a hassle free way for our tenants to pay their rent. Monies are directly deposited into our Rental Trust Account, which enables us to immediately identify any arrears issues and process statement runs more efficiently.
